Existing Groups and the Great Unleashing
As another page explains, Transition Norwich is very keen to work in partnership with existing groups in Norwich who are already working on different aspects of building a more resilient Norwich.
At the Great Unleashing we therefore invite groups and organisations to get involved in the following ways:
- Please encourage as many of your members to come along to the Unleashing as possible. Groups can buy tickets below at a discounted price (10 tickets for the price of 9).
- At the Unleashing the seating will be arranged Café-style around tables. Each table will have a theme (and some themes, like food, may have several tables). We can arrange for your group to be seated at the table or tables most relevant to your group's theme - do email us to arrange this.
- Everyone at the Unleashing will have a "tent card" saying who they are. People from groups and organisations will be welcome to write the name of their organisation alongside their name. People will also be invited to introduce themselves briefly, and again people can introduce themselves as belonging to a group or organisation.
- Groups and organisations attending the Unleashing are invited to bring ONE leaflet describing their organisation and how it is working to create a more resilient Norwich. These leaflets can be distributed around tables that are discussing relevant themes, and also put on a "leaflet bar" in the Hall.
